Purpose
The purpose of the Data Retention and Destruction Policy ("Policy") is to define the company’s guidelines for retaining, storing, and disposing of data, both electronic and physical, to comply with legal requirements and to protect sensitive information.

Retention Periods
Subscriber Data: Until the subscriber deletes their account or requests removal via email.
Employee Data: Until the termination of employment and as required by labor laws.
Client Data: For the duration of the contractual agreement and as required by laws governing business records.
Data Destruction
Electronic Data: Secure deletion methods will be used, ensuring that the data cannot be easily recovered.
Physical Data: Physical copies of data will be shredded or otherwise destroyed in a secure manner.
Auditing and Monitoring
Regular Audits: Regular audits will be conducted to ensure compliance with this Policy.
Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring mechanisms are in place to identify unauthorized data retention or destruction.
Violations
Failure to adhere to this Policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment for employees and termination of contracts for vendors or third parties.
Updates and Reviews
This Policy will be reviewed annually and updated as needed to comply with new regulatory requirements.
